Acceptable Use Policy

• Illegal content, including material depicting the abuse of minors.
• Content you have no right to distribute (piracy, leaked data, stolen credentials).
• Malware, phishing kits, or share links used to deliver either.
• Bulk unsolicited mail, spoofed senders, or mailing-list abuse from Nobio Mail.
• Attacks on our systems: scraping at scale, quota circumvention, resource abuse.
• Reselling storage as your own service without a written agreement.

API keys, S3-compatible access and SSH keys are meant for your own syncing and backups. Sustained traffic that degrades service for others may be rate limited.

Report abusive files or share links to abuse@mail.nobio-cloud.app with the link and a short description. We review reports promptly and act on confirmed violations.

Depending on severity we may disable a share link, block a file, suspend the account, or terminate it. Where the law requires it, we notify authorities. You can appeal any decision by replying to the notice we send you.
